Hi there!
About Me
I’m Bella, an Austin-based therapist specializing in individual therapy and couples counseling. My work focuses on helping you understand the patterns shaping your relationships—so you can move toward more secure, connected ways of being.
You might feel stuck in dating or relationships, overwhelmed by life transitions, or unsure how your past is impacting your present. In therapy, we slow things down, build insight, and begin creating meaningful change.
My approach is integrative, drawing from attachment-based therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, somatic experiencing, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). EFT is an evidence-based couples therapy that helps partners break negative cycles and strengthen emotional connection.
I work with LGBTQIA+ clients, anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, postpartum experiences, and life transitions. I specialize in relationship therapy, family-of-origin issues, and intimacy concerns.
My practice is inclusive, anti-oppressive, and trauma-informed. I strive to create a space where you feel supported, understood, and able to show up fully as yourself.

Outside of Work
Outside of therapy, I enjoy slowing down in nature, connecting with people I care about over good food, and finding small ways to recharge (usually with my two cats Miso and Mambo).
Let’s Connect.
I offer a free 15-minute consultation where we can talk about what’s bringing you in, what you’re looking for, and see if working together feels like a good match.
You don’t need to have everything figured out—just a place to start.
